The Role: 

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, chasing them, helping us create a strong sales pipeline, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to our company’s growth and expansion strategy. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for sales, a passion for technology, and a drive to achieve results. 

Responsibilities:

  • New Clients Acquisition: Act as the primary consultant for our services, engaging potential clients to demonstrate our capabilities and foster enduring, collaborative partnerships. Conduct negotiations, manage and secure strategic new business agreements. Execute an end-to-end client sales cycle focused on the sales process from the acquisition of new clients to closing deals and driving revenue growth. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects by researching and contacting prospects in alignment with sales goals. 
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential target clients through lead generation strategies, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Qualify leads to ensure they match the company’s target market and service capabilities. 
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client communications, proposals, and follow-up actions. Report on business development activities and results to senior management. 
  • Implement a comprehensive sales cycle that spans from new client acquisition to the successful closing of deals.  
  • Events participation & networking.  

Qualifications:

  • Extensive expertise in Software Development, with a deep comprehension of current industry trends and prevailing challenges.  
  • A robust network of existing relationships and prior customers in the software development arena.  
  • A results-oriented sales expert with extensive experience in outbound sales tactics, including lead generation, cold outreach, effective sales pitches, deal negotiation, contract closure, and relationship management.  
  • Exceptional ability to pinpoint and address critical industry issues, effectively influencing and convincing stakeholders at the VP or C-suite level.  
  • Highly self-driven with a strong commitment to surpassing sales objectives and achieving exceptional results.
