ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst with solid experience in working with banking digital products and large product teams, who will act as the central point between the business, international stakeholders, and delivery teams.
The role requires a strong understanding of product management concepts, the ability to enforce best practices within teams, and the capacity to work exclusively in English with stakeholders from Australia and the UK.
This is a hands-on product role with a strong focus on discovery, requirements definition, and delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Business Understanding:
- Understand business needs and product objectives
- Analyze current processes (as-is) and define target solutions (to-be)
- Translate business needs into clear, value-oriented requirements for the user
Product Management & Discovery:
- Define and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Actively participate in refinements, grooming sessions, and planning
- Contribute to defining and updating the product roadmap
- Align product initiatives with business objectives and KPIs
Collaboration with Product & Delivery Teams:
- Work closely with extended product teams (design, development, QA, architecture, business stakeholders)
- Clarify requirements for technical teams and provide support throughout development
- Ensure the application of Agile best practices (Scrum / Kanban)
- Exposed to releases management and implementation coordination (support provided)
- Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
- Make day-to-day product decisions within defined boundaries
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Collaborate directly with international stakeholders (Australia, UK)
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and alignment sessions
- Communicate clearly, structured, and professionally in English
Best Practices & Continuous Improvement:
- Enforce and promote product management best practices within teams
- Continuously improve workflows, processes, and deliverables
- Ensure a user-focused approach and measurable outcomes
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3–4 years in a Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst role
- Proven experience working with extended product teams
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Product Management Knowledge: Solid understanding of core Product Management concepts (User stories & acceptance criteria; Refinements / backlog management, Roadmaps, KPIs, Agile methodologies)
- API knowledge
- English – advanced / fluent (written and spoken)
- Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders (UK, Australia)
- Ability to influence and enforce best practices
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive attitude and strong product ownership
Nice to have:
- Experience with complex products or digital platforms
- Technical background or basic understanding of software architecture
- Experience with product and delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Figma, Azure Devops, Notion etc.)
