Hire a dedicated development team that ships like it’s your own

Stop stitching together freelancers and waiting six months for an in-house hire. Get a fully vetted, dedicated software development team – engineers, designers, QA, and a delivery lead, embedded in your roadmap from day one. Your product, your IP, your priorities. Our people.

Build your project with a dedicated delivery team

Let’s start easy, with a 20 minutes call:

Why teams choose to build with us

Hiring senior engineers takes months. Freelancers vanish mid-sprint. Agencies rotate developers without telling you. Every month spent recruiting is a month your roadmap slips and your competitors ship. A dedicated team fixes that — but only if the team behind it is built to deliver. Since 2014, we’ve put dedicated software teams together for startups, scale-ups, and enterprise product groups, and many of those engagements are still running years later. Rigorous hiring, real delivery leadership, and security processes that hold up to enterprise scrutiny. One stable team. One delivery lead. Engineers who learn your codebase and stay long enough to compound that knowledge into velocity.

How Dedicated Development Teams Delivery Works with Us

When you work with us, you get a software team that follows a clear, proven UI/UX design process. We focus on solving problems with practical, creative solutions at every step.

Discovery A 45-minute call to understand your product, stage, stack, and constraints. We tell you honestly whether a dedicated team is the right model — and if it isn’t, we’ll point you somewhere better.
Team Design We propose a team composition, seniority mix, and ramp plan tied to your roadmap. You see CVs, conduct interviews, and approve every hire. No one joins the team without your sign-off.
Onboarding Engineers ramp on your codebase, tooling, and domain. Your delivery lead sets up rituals — standups, sprint planning, retros — and integrates with your existing systems (Slack, Jira/Linear, GitHub/GitLab, Notion).
Delivery & Iteration Two-week sprints, frequent demos, monthly business reviews. Full transparency on velocity, burn-down, and quality metrics. From sprint one, the team delivers. We run regular check-ins between TechQuarter leadership and your stakeholders to keep alignment tight and flag risks early.
Scale Up or Down As your needs evolve, we adjust team size. Add a senior engineer for a complex feature push. Scale back during a strategic pause. The model flexes with you.

What a dedicated development team actually is and how it works

A dedicated development team is a long-term group of engineers, designers, QA, and delivery leadership assembled exclusively for your product. You set the roadmap. We bring the people, the process, and the accountability. It’s a different model from project outsourcing, where a vendor takes a fixed scope and disappears, and a different model from staff augmentation, where you manage individual contractors one at a time. A dedicated software team is a coordinated unit with its own delivery lead, its own rhythm, and a shared incentive to make your product win.

When hiring a dedicated team makes sense

Not every situation calls for a dedicated team, and we’ll tell you up front if yours doesn’t. But there are a few shapes of problem this model solves better than anything else. You have an ongoing roadmap, not a one-off project, and you need to ship continuously without burning your founders’ nights on recruiting. You’re a scale-up opening a new product line and you don’t want to pull your core team off the main thing. You’re a non-technical founder who needs a partner that can both execute and push back when an idea isn’t going to work. You’re modernizing a legacy system that needs steady, dedicated effort over months. Or you’ve been burned before — by freelancers who ghosted, agencies that rotated developers without asking, or staff augmentation firms that sent you résumés instead of a team — and you want stability this time. If your scope is fixed, your timeline is short, and there’s nothing planned after delivery, a project-based engagement is probably a better fit. We do those too, and we’ll point you toward the right model on the first call.

    Who’s in the team

Every engagement is shaped differently, but most teams are a mix of frontend, backend, and mobile engineers, supported by DevOps, QA, and a delivery lead. We add product designers, data engineers, AI specialists, or whatever else the work calls for. Need someone niche — payments compliance, ML ops, embedded systems? We source for it. The stacks we ship in most often are React, Next.js, Vue, Node, Python, Go, .NET, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, and the usual AWS and Azure infrastructure around them, but the team is built around your product, not our preferences.

How we protect your IP and your data

Your code is yours from the moment it’s written. Every master services agreement we sign assigns IP to you on creation, backed by mutual NDAs and individual confidentiality agreements signed by every engineer who joins the team. Nothing about that is negotiable on our side — it’s how we work. Operationally, engineers use managed devices with disk encryption, SSO, and enforced 2FA, with least-privilege access to your systems and same-day offboarding when someone rolls off the team. Our processes are ISO 27001 certified and align with SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA-ready controls, so security reviews don’t turn into a six-week delay. For regulated industries, we can run background checks, work VPN-only, or operate entirely inside your environment. Whatever the requirement is, we’ve probably done it before.

    Pricing, in plain language

We bill a monthly retainer per engineer that covers everything — salary, benefits, equipment, tooling, and the delivery overhead that makes the team actually work. No recruiting fees, no placement fees, no buyout clauses if you want to bring someone in-house down the road. You can scale the team up or down with 30 days’ notice, and quarterly business reviews are where we look at what’s working and what needs to change. Rates depend on seniority, region, and stack, and we’ll quote you something specific within 48 hours of a discovery call.

Frequently Asked Questions on Dedicated Development Delivery

A dedicated development team is a long-term group of engineers, designers, and a delivery lead working full-time on your product. Unlike project outsourcing, there’s no fixed scope — the team works against your roadmap as it evolves. Unlike staff augmentation, you get a coordinated unit with its own delivery leadership, not a list of individual contractors you have to manage. The team integrates with your tools, joins your rituals, and reports to you the same way an in-house team would.
When you have a roadmap that runs longer than a quarter, when you need senior engineering capacity faster than you can hire it, when your internal team is at capacity and you need a second workstream, or when you’re a non-technical founder who needs a partner that can both build and advise. If your scope is fixed and short, a project-based engagement is usually a better fit, and we’ll tell you which model suits you on the first call.
The honest version is that it comes down to three things. First, get clear on what you actually need the team to ship over the next six to twelve months, and what stack and seniority that requires. Second, choose a partner with a transparent hiring process and a track record of long engagements rather than a string of one-off projects — ask about average tenure and whether developers ever get rotated without client agreement. Third, interview every engineer before they join, agree on a delivery lead, and put rituals in place from week one so the team has a rhythm to settle into. We handle all of this with you during onboarding, but the principles hold whether you work with us or anyone else.
Three layers. Contractually, every master services agreement assigns IP to you on creation, with mutual NDAs and individual confidentiality agreements signed by every engineer on the team. Operationally, engineers work on managed devices with disk encryption, SSO, enforced 2FA, and least-privilege access to your systems, and offboarding revokes access the same day someone rolls off. Compliance-wise, we’re ISO 27001 certified and align with SOC 2, GDPR so we can move through your security review without slowing the engagement down. For regulated work, we also do background checks, VPN-only setups, and in-environment-only arrangements.
Staff augmentation adds individual contractors to your existing team. A dedicated development team is a structured, self-contained unit with defined roles, internal accountability, and a shared goal – better suited for long-term product development.
Typically 2-4 weeks from the initial discovery call to first sprint, depending on team size and complexity.
