Senior Web Developer (React) - [Cluj-Napoca]
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an inventive Front-End Developer to join our team and help our clients power up their businesses through digital transformation. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, development and maintenance of slick software experiences.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can help us achieve ambitious product development goals that ensure proper interoperability between application and platform services built for scale, resilience, accuracy and reliability.
You will take full responsibility of the software artifacts produced while adhering to high technical standards and building swift customer experience.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end code systems that drive complex web applications (mobile friendly)
- Analyze and strategize to implement requirements and UX/UI interface designs
- Maintain and improve multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with Product Owner, back-end Developers and Designers to improve usability
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Provide deep software development knowledge with respect to front-end architecture, UX/UI design, and programming
- Delegate the work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
WE MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience with web development Best Practices
- +5 years of experience with React, Typescript, React framework (Gatsby, Next.js), Node.js, Redux
- Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and architecture
- Ability to work on a small team on a wide-ranging set of projects and technologies
- Experience in serverless AWS Cloud Environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
